1. Return/Exchange Period:

You must provide the original invoice or certified proof of purchase.

Shoes must be in their original condition:


Unused (without signs of wear or damage).


In the original box with all accessories (laces, wrapping, etc.).


With tags and branding intact.


Shoes damaged due to misuse are not accepted.


3. Exceptions (accepted without conditions):


If the shoe has a manufacturing defect (e.g., torn seams, broken heel).


If a different product was delivered than what the customer ordered.


4. Exchange and Return Options:


Exchange: Available for the same model in a different size or color (subject to availability).


Refund:


Refund will be made via the same payment method within 5 business days.


Or you can receive a voucher for the amount you wish to use later.


5. Non-Returnable Items:


Customized shoes (e.g., special sizes or custom designs).


Products advertised as "Final Sale" or "Exceptional Sale".


6. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
